Now Hiring: Project Manager

The team at Urban Block Media is looking for a Project Manager! We’re looking for someone who can meet with our existing clients and keep a two-way rapport with them and our development team. You would be regularly working with clients and discussing their needs, objectives, and timelines. Some of the report-writing in the position may include project scoping documents and communication of client-set deadlines and milestones.

We are a small, but mighty team, and the role might require some additional responsibilities such as help with social media management, writing proposals, and more.

Must have:

strong intra-personal skills; this role will require working with clients directly, understanding their feedback and comments and suggesting new ideas
excellent English writing skills
ability to effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
well organized with the ability to work very independently (we are fully remote, have short daily team meetings, and communicate most of the day on Slack)

Nice to have:

knowledge of Ukrainian language
social media content creation
knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar for basic graphics (e.g. for social media posts or blog posts)

Bonus, but not necessary:

any relevant agency experience (web development, marketing, or other)
any experience working with contractors or external vendors
experience working remotely

This job is fully remote. We are open to a full-time or part-time (with a minimum of 25 hours per week).
